- Bhajani 1 cup
- Onion 1 small
- Carrot 1 small { grated}
- Methi few leaves {chopped}
- Cilantro few leaves {chopped}
- Oil for deep frying
- Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Hing powder 1/2 tsp
- Sesame seeds 1/2 tsp
- Salt as per taste
Procedure:
- Take bhajani flour in plate.
- Add cut onion, Chopped leafy veggies, and grated carrots.
- Add red chilli powder, turmeric, hing, sesame seeds and salt.
- Add water and prepare dough.
- Make wadas of dough.
- Deep fry wadas.
- Serve hot with green chuteny, Butter or Dahi
