Serves: 2
- Channa { cooked} 1 cup
- Onion 1
- Tomato 1
- Kasuri Methi 1 tsp
- Garam Masala 1 tsp
- Chole Masala 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder as per taste
- Salt as per taste
- Oil 1 tsp
- Tea leaves 1 tsp
- 1 cup water
- Cilantro For garnishing
Procedure:
- Heat pan an pour oil.
- Add chopped onion cook till pink color
- Add chopped tomatoes fry for few minutes.
- Add Kasuri methi
- Add spices chole masala, garam masala and red chilli powder.
- Add salt as per taste.
- Boil water and add tea leaves. Strain water and add tea in chole.
- Cover chole for few minutes.
- Garnish channa pindi with cilantro.
- Serve hot with bhatura or chapati.
