Serves 4 people.
- 3 Corn on the Cob
- 1 small piece of ginger
- 2 to 3 buds of garlic
- 3 to 4 green chillies
- 1 big onion
- 1 small cup grated coconut
- cilantro for garnishing.
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard and cumin
- 1 teaspoon hing
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- Salt for taste
- Sugar for taste
Procedure:
1. Cut the corn into small pieces.
2. Cook in the pressure cooker with 3 or 4 whistles.
3. Grind ginger, garlic, coconut, green chillies and onion on blender.
4. Take pan add oil then temper mustard and cumin
5. Then add hing and turmeric.
6. Add coconut paste. Then saute coconut paste till it becomes golden brown.
7. Add corn in coconut gravy. Add salt and sugar as per taste.
8. Simmer corn rasa for few minutes and garnish with cilantro.
